You can call, email, or walk into our Kenyatta Street location in Kitale. The person who picks up is part of the core team — not a call centre. If you're coming in person, Saturday slots fill up faster than weekday ones, so a quick call ahead is worth it. For urgent matters, phone is always the quickest route. Email works well for sending documents, photos, or longer descriptions of what you need.
